Train In Comfort And Privacy Of Our Personal Training Studio
After a number of years doing training in peoples homes, as well as basing our services from various gyms and fitness clubs around Luxembourg I knew exactly what kind of environment I didn’t want to coach my clients in! So at the beginning of 2010 GetFit.lu moved in to its own private personal training studio, in Strassen.
The result is we can now provide the private training environment our clients have been looking for, making your time with us even more personal and you can train in comfort without needing to worry about who is watching you.
My own personal experiences with Gyms have not been particularly nice. I feel for myself and the majority of the population they are not an environment you can feel relaxed and comfortable doing a workout. Our aim with the new studio was to make it clean, professional, private and above all an environment you would be happy in for however long your training is with us.
As you’ll see from the pictures below, the main room for training does not have masses of equipment, the floor is cushioned and clean to allow you to train optimally in bare feet.
You will not need to shout over the loud music, because there will be only the occasional light music playing in the background.
Your training space will not be shared with 20 other people, we limit the room occupancy to just 3 clients and 3 trainers at any one time, plus we even have an additional training room which is perfect for complete privacy, light therapies and relaxation if we need to get away from the main room.
The changing area is once again clean and comfortable, with fresh towels, hair dryer and a safe place to leave your belongings.
